Return & Refund Policy

At Chez Kaly, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Intimate wear, bodysuits, or accessories for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

📦 Return Process

To start a return, email us at chezkalystore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
